A multi-site contract based in Norway, Sweden and Germany, we worked closely with the management team and all departments to deliver a lean six sigma change and training programme throughout their foundries. The foundries had previously been part of the external supply chain and had been acquired in order to enable quality improvements to take place. The challenge was to standardise production processes and the QDA software that supported them, whilst increasing product quality.
